A course providing trainees with the knowledge and skills required to safely identify, locate and rectify faults in the un-coupling / coupling control.

On successful completion of the course the trainee will, in accordance with Dellner recommendations:

• Be able to recognise the Dellner semi-permanent/automatic coupler, its components, and operation procedures with reference to the operators and maintenance manuals.
• Outline Dellner coupler operation and maintenance theory
• Understand and apply the correct fault finding and maintenance procedures.
